What couriers do we use?

In most cases, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for CA domestic orders and DHL Express for Worldwide orders.

How quickly can I get my order?

To ensure a consistent experience across our community of sellers and brands we have partnered with a number of trusted courier networks to deliver your order as quickly as possible. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in the checkout before you confirm payment.

There's not a flat single shipping fee for your order.

Please note:

  • All orders will require a signature on delivery.

  • We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

  • We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Canada and your chosen shipping destination.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

How much will I be charged for shipping to a Canadian address?

  • Please check the estimated delivery time for your address at the Shipping step in checkout.

I have a problem with my delivery.
