Am I safe purchasing pieces made in or shipped from countries affected by COVID-19?
To ensure the safety of our customers, we follow the most up-to-date advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO). The WHO has advised that it is safe to receive all packages, as the risk of contracting the virus from a package that has travelled and been exposed to different temperatures is low. I understand that USPS Priority Mail may be delayed? Why?
USPS Priority Mail® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We have seen an increase in parcels not getting scanned, thus reducing the tracking updates, however, after a few days, parcels eventually get scanned. Due to this, the Parade Customer Services team are monitoring all USPS shipments where pre-transit information has not changed after 48hours.
In some parts of the USA does the USPS now have an every other day delivery policy?
No, it is still the USPS policy to maintain current delivery schedules nationwide. However, due to COVID-19 and employee availability, there may be temporary delays to some mail delivery.
Will you continue to ship internationally to countries affected by COVID-19?
Yes, but we have seen slight delays in transit times to and from countries under quarantine. You will be contacted by Customer Service if there are any significant changes to delivery lead times.
Can I reduce contact with the DHL driver?
Yes, if your item is delivered by DHL (UK domestic and International deliveries) drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
