What couriers do we use?

In most cases, we use DHL or UPS for UK domestic and DHL Express for Worldwide orders. 

How quickly can I get my order?  

To ensure a consistent experience across our community of sellers and brands we have partnered with a number of trusted courier networks to deliver your order as quickly as possible. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in the checkout before you confirm payment.  

Depending on the shop or brand, you can choose between an Express or Standard delivery service and shipping costs are presented for each seller. There's not a flat single shipping fee for your order.

Please note:

  • All orders will require a signature on delivery.

  • We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

  • We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UK and your chosen shipping destination.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

How much will I be charged for shipping to a UK address?

  • Standard delivery (3+ days) - £4.49

  • Express delivery (1-2 days) - £6.99

  • Please check an estimated delivery time for your address at the Shipping step in checkout.
