• We will always try to issue the refund as soon as we receive the product back. However, due to the current situation, it may take us longer than usual to process a refund.
  • We would kindly ask all our customers to be patient with us during these times and if you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the time you have sent your return, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation.
  • Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive an email regarding your refund.
  • Refunds are issued immediately after a return has been processed. However, depending on your bank, funds can take up to 3-7 business days to reflect on to your account.
  • Please note, refunds will be made back to the original method of payment and an email sent to the email address supplied with the original order. We are unable to make concessions on this point.
