• It's common sense but the quicker you send your return, the quicker Parade can process your refund.

  • We always try to issue the refund as soon as we receive the product back. However, if there are any delays in the postal and courier services (for instance in busy periods like Christmas or due to the current COVID-19 situation) this will affect how quickly the item is returned. We would kindly ask all our customers to be patient with us and if you haven't received your refund after 5 business days from the time we've received the item/s, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation.

  • IMPORTANT: To ensure a quick and easy refund, please remember to get proof of postage. We also recommend that you inform us of your tracking number so that our Customer Services team can track the return on your behalf.   • Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive an email regarding your refund.

  • Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to reflect on to your account.

  • Please note, refunds will be made back to the original method of payment and an email will be sent to the email address supplied with the original order. We won't be able to make any concessions at this point.
