• If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt and obtain a refund by following the steps below. No exchange service is available. Should you wish for a replacement item, please place a new order.

  • Only returns made that meet our return conditions will be refunded. 

  • All products must be returned in their original condition to be accepted. Products must be unused (that means no skating!), unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in a re-saleable condition. 

  • Returned items must be accompanied by the returns slip, all packaging hang-tags and any related accessories and/or instruction booklets. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. 

  • Please note, that complete skateboards must be returned with all included hardware attached as supplied. 

  • Please note, that the purchase of decks with grip tape applied cannot be returned unless the deck has a manufacturing defect/fault. In this circumstance, please contact Parade Customer Services for further help.

  • Please note, that the return of certain items, such as underwear, is subject to restrictions. 

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable except for cancellations set out in the Terms & Conditions. In all other cases, we will reimburse shipping charges and return shipping charges for defective or incorrect purchases. 

  • We do not offer in-store returns with our sellers for items purchased. All items purchased on must be returned using the returns process set out. 

  • Returns made from outside the EU will be subject to delays. To ensure a secure return, we advise you to use a trusted delivery service and pay for a tracked and insured service.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
